How do I find my Customer Reference?
You can view your Customer Reference in 'My Personal Details'. Your Customer Reference is also listed at the top of most correspondence sent to you from SA Housing Trust. You can view your correspondence in 'My Letters & Documents'.
My personal details are wrong, how do I update them?
You can update your name in 'My Personal Details' by selecting 'changed your name'.
You can update your title and gender in 'My Personal Details' by selecting 'Update Details'.
To update other details on this page, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
Do I need to upload supporting documentation to change my personal details?
Evidence of a name change is required if you are updating your name e.g. marriage certificate.
You do not need to provide supporting evidence for other changes e.g. updating your title or gender.
